- Mindful Nature Walking
- Journal Reflections
- Land Offerings
- Smoke Cleansing
Led by Vanessa Yvette of Forest Bath Miami. This outdoor activity incorporates the 7 Principles of Leave No Trace in order to leave a minimal impact on our environment.
