About the Event
The GSA Leadership Bootcamp is an intensive, week-long summer training program designed to equip LGBTQ+ youth leaders with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to run effective and sustainable Gender & Sexuality Alliances (GSAs). GSA leaders face challenges as soon as the school year begins. By providing essential training in a group setting during the summer, student leaders are better prepared to navigate barriers and build thriving, queer-affirming communities across their campuses.
