About the Event
This one-day street festival will be full of activities and learning for all ages, from 1pm to 6pm. Local businesses will be out to support diversity, equity and inclusion, and everyone can enjoy the musical entertainment. We will have LGBTQ+ films, discussions, cultural exhibits, art and dance, educational displays and more. And a safe space for kids to play and youth to hang out!
PRISM will be tabling at this event. We are looking for several volunteers to support with set-up, informing attendees on PRISM initiatives and efforts, recruiting email list sign-ups and social media follows, gift bag stuffing and handouts and breakdown. We are hoping for two (2) to four (4) volunteers at each shift.
Set-Up: 10:30AM - 1:30PM
Tabling: 1:00PM - 4:00PM
Breakdown: 3:30PM - 6:30PM
