About the Event
PRISM is organizing the Pride Lounge at SuperCon! We are looking for volunteers to join us as we create a safe and affirming space. We are looking for support with:
Thursday, June 29th, 2023 @ Miami Convention Center
Set-Up (NOON - Complete)
Set-up begins at noon and we have access to the Pride Lounge until 8PM. It may not take the entire time to complete staging of the Pride Lounge.
Friday, June 30th, 2023 @ Miami Convention Center
Pride Lounge Sign-In (NOON - MIDNIGHT)
We are looking for up to two persons per shift. Shifts are approximately four hours each.Â
PRISM Tabling (NOON - MIDNIGHT)
We are looking for up to four persons per shift. Shifts are approximately four hours each.
Saturday, July 1st, 2023 @ Miami Convention Center

Breakdown (5PM - Complete)
The event ends at 5PM and the building closes at 8PM. It may not take the entire time to breakdown the Pride Lounge.
Volunteers choosing to support with multiple shifts will receive a 3-Day General Admissions badge. Available shifts are limited. Volunteers will be chosen by a tiered system where tiers are determined by the number of shifts committed.
