PRISM Policy Power Hour & Training Series (Using Your Voice)

PRISM Policy Power Hour is a space for LGBTQ+ youth and allies to get clear, get confident, and get involved. Florida’s political landscape is moving fast, and too often, decisions are made without us at the table. This hour is all about changing that. This training walks through when and where public comment happens, how to prepare concise and effective remarks, and what decision-makers are listening for. Participants will learn practical strategies for telling their story, staying on message, and using limited time to maximum effect. The focus is on turning personal experience and community concerns into meaningful advocacy.
