About the Event
In April, the Palm Beach County School Board voted to suspend critical Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies. This decision rolled back equitable hiring practices, staff transfer guidelines, and support for women- and minority-owned businesses—all in response to state and federal pressures.
These changes are not yet final. The board is expected to revisit this decision in the coming months, and public input will shape what happens next.
Now is the time to act. Stand with us at the meeting and speak out. When our community shows up, we send a clear message: DEI matters in our schools. Equity in education is not a risk—it’s a responsibility.
If you plan to speak, public comment is typically limited to three minutes. Arrive early to sign up. Whether you testify or attend in solidarity, your presence makes a difference.
Together, we can push back against fear-driven policies and demand a school system…
