Show Up for Equity: Miami-Dade School Board Vote on DEI Rollbacks

The Miami-Dade School Board is set to vote on sweeping changes that would roll back critical diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) protections in public education and contracting. Two major proposals: G-4 and G-5, would eliminate the District’s only policy that names DEI in business practices and weaken the oversight committee charged with monitoring racial equity in our schools.
