About the Event
On August 8th, the Broward County School Board is holding its regular meeting.
Item RR-1 is a list of all resolutions the Board is considering to recognize various communities and causes; among them is LGBTQ+ History Month in October and Pride Month in June. PRISM is mobilizing to speak in support of these items as we know how important it is for LGBTQ+ students and teachers to feel seen, heard, and respected by their school district.
