What is PRISM?
PRISM is an LGBT non-profit organization centered in South Florida. Our mission is to provide LGBT youth, especially LGBTQ people of color, with accessible resources to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs, engineers, artists, politicians, and everything in-between.
How does PRISM help LGBTQ youth?
PRISM works to benefit the LGBT community by organizing support groups, advocating for disenfranchised communities within the LGBT sphere, and educating youth through our online resources and local events.
What does the name PRISM stand for?
Funnily enough, nothing. PRISM is named after the glass and acrylic shapes that split white light into a spectrum of colors. The all-caps name is a stylistic choice, but feel free to come up with your own acronyms for PRISM if you'd like!
What do my donations / store purchases go towards?
PRISM FL, Inc. is organized solely for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes as defined under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This means that no individual within or connected to PRISM can benefit from or receive funds raised by or for PRISM.*
Basically, 100% of the money PRISM receives is allocated towards our goal of helping LGBT youth.**

How can I contribute to PRISM?
