PRISM’s Content Creation Director facilitates content creation and brand development across social media, web, and print.


This is a full-time position (30-40 hrs/week) with an expected pay of $22/hour.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee social media campaigns and posts, including research, writing, design, videography, publishing, eblasts, and advertising

  • Hire and supervise both volunteer and freelance Writers, Editors, and Visual Designers, and coordinate their activities through project management tools to achieve social media campaign objectives

  • Develop designs for merchandise and print materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners

  • Monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy, and innovation to stay relevant and effective

  • Track social media campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximize results and report progress to management

  • Provide necessary information to volunteers about the CCTF, community service, upcoming events, etc

  • Complete necessary paperwork for volunteers and staff within the CCTF

  • Maintain www.prismfl.org through our CMS and manage new content, SEO, advertising, and analytics

  • Assist in securing grant funding for the CCTF


Qualifications:


  • Two or more years of relevant experience in social media marketing, social media team management, or a related role

  • Proven knowledge and experience in the fundamentals of social media, graphic design, and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

  • Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms, their unique audiences, and how to use them to maximize branding and marketing efforts

  • Exceptional skills in time management, communication, and interpersonal relations

  • Understanding and knowledge of LGBT history, SOGI, queer culture, and sexual health

  • A portfolio that demonstrates your understanding of digital design, social media, and marketing
