PRISM relies on the dedicated contributions of volunteers to further its initiatives. PRISM offers volunteers the option to attend meetings both virtually and in person. HQ Managers oversee our in-person facilities. HQ Managers do not receive a paycheck, but they do receive the satisfaction that they are helping an organization for LGBT youth. There is potential for a paid position in the future.

HQ Managers have the following responsibilities:

• Maintaining a cleanly atmosphere for volunteers

• Setting up audio and video equipment for virtual meetings

• Conducting temperature checks and COVID-19 questionnaires for in-person volunteers

• Greeting volunteers and facilitating a friendly, welcoming space

• Cleaning up after in-person meetings and events
