They also conduct all communication between the Board and outside parties. In accordance with state law and IRS regulations, this is an unpaid position. Hours: 10-15/month Responsibilities: Record all votes and minutes of all proceedings in a form accessible to the Board of Directors. Work alongside the Board Chair to make the arrangements for all meetings of the Board of Directors, including the annual meeting of the organization. Send notices of all meetings to the members of the Board of Directors and take reservations for the meetings. Perform all official correspondence from the Board of Directors as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or the Chair.
