Jordan Thompson

Jordan Thompson is a political psychologist who specializes in political communication and behavior. She earned her PhD at Florida Atlantic University, where she published research on political polarization and prejudice. Jordan has extensive experience working with surveys and text-based data.

She believes strongly in the importance of blending research and activism. Data should tell a story, and she is passionate about using data to advocate for LGBTQ+ people and other marginalized communities.


In her spare time, you can find Jordan hanging out with her cats, Lily and Lucy. She also enjoys cooking vegetarian recipes and scouring thrift stores for Halloween decorations.
