The Board of Directors is the head of PRISM, making all of the final decisions regarding events, fundraising and more! The Youth Advisory Council (YAC) advises our Board on how to best serve young people in South Florida by uplifting the voices of young people themselves!
This is an unpaid volunteer position.

Responsibilities:
Attend monthly YAC meetings
Review all items introduced by the Board of Directors and make recommendations
Ensure that PRISM is carrying out its overall mission
Required Qualifications:
14-18 years old by July 10th, 2023
Located in Palm Beach, Broward, or Miami-Dade County
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with LGBT advocacy, student organizing, or content creation
Knowledge in parliamentary procedure
